Life at Arrowtarian Rotary Villas

Arrowtarian Rotary Villas is a friendly, well-established seniors’ housing community in the heart of Nakusp, British Columbia. Nestled along the shores of Arrow Lakes and surrounded by natural beauty, the complex offers a quiet, comfortable place to call home.

The community includes five thoughtfully designed phases, built between 1971 and 2021. The complex occupies a full city block and is within easy walking distance of grocery stores, shops, the library, post office, banks, the Legion Hall, and other everyday services. Health services — including medical and dental offices, a pharmacy, and the Arrow Lakes Hospital — are also nearby, helping residents feel supported and connected.

Directly across the street is the Seniors’ Centre, operated by the Senior Citizens’ Association of BC, Branch 71, which offers a full calendar of programs and social events — making it easy to stay active, engaged, and connected.
